How long is the cord/cable? I have no where to plug the rice cooker other than behind the fridge which needs a long cord to reach it.

Not long enough for that, but a simple extension cord (it is a two prong plug) will fix that. Or, since the machine is always on when it is plugged in, you can use a power strip and use the toggle switch to turn the rice maker on and off. Been thinking about doing that with mine so I don't have to keep plugging and unplugging it.

How long does it take to cook oatmeal?

Just press the button down once to cook oatmeal. Takes about 15 minutes

Does it come with a steamer basket?

No steamer basket. One non-stick coated container holds water and rinsed rice grains. A non-stick spoon comes for stirring and for serving rice. I like to use hot water to soften bullion and add this solution to the rinsed rice grains.

Ehat the voltage can it operate? Can it work with 220 v?

Best size for those that don’t live with many people or only make meals for themselves. The color and everything about it is just so cute and aesthetic. Goes perfect with me kitchen. Works nicely and cooks the rice in a good time and keeps it warm after if you will need some time. Definitely recommend buying this rice cooker especially if you eat lots of rice like I do lol

Al principio pensé que no servía por que el switch no se quedaba abajo, se regresaba pero ya con peso en la ollita y la tapa si se mantiene abajo y sirve perfecto, el arroz está muy rápido! y además puedes calentar caldos (o cualquier comida) y preparar chocolate abuelita, le he sacado buen provecho!
