Can this be used outdoor application?

Absolutely! I installed one of these a few years ago on a small "trap door" on my father-in-law's deck (Trex decking). It has held up very well in the sun, rain, snow, etc. in Michigan. Highly recommend.

Can you pleased advise if you have available in other finishes? Also please advise if 120 qty on hand?

An excellent flush mounted latch for my fire escape trap door.

Love the design of this flush mounted latch. It has a solid feel, and the mechanism works smoothly. I’m using it for a fire escape trap door built into our 2nd story deck. Installation was easy with a router and bit, and it looks great.

Great for my trap door.

I’m putting in a vinyl plank flooring if it ever gets here. In the meantime I installed this without sinking it into the wood floor. Hoping it works as well then. Pulls a good bit of weight opening the trap door.
