The screen works and looks exactly like the original and the price was reasonable. Installation wasn't too bad - remove old screen, switch two ribbon cables from the old screen to the new, and tape the new screen to the tablet chassis. One of the two ribbon cables was a little finicky about connecting, but ultimately did so after the third or fourth reseating, so don't give up if you don't at first succeed! I saved a few dollars and had my tablet back in shape about two weeks sooner than a repair by Samsung's service center.

This is not an easy replacement. Make sure you are comfortable with this type of repair! My tablet was fully functional prior to starting this replacement, except for the cracked glass. After replacement, everything is fully functional with exception of S pen on two edges of screen. Screen works to finger-touch at all edges and s pen is fully functional on 90% of screen. I attempted re-seating the connections and cleaning multiple times to no success. Do not count on support from SRJtek...they responded to my email by telling me to talk to a professional repair person, and did not respond to any further inquiries. So...my device is better than having cracked glass...but not fully functional.

Just want to leave a comment for anyone looking for a replacement for their S7, this screen looks and feels exactly like the original (I can't tell the difference). Installing was a breeze, just youtube for a video and be really careful with come of the connectors as they need to be transferred from the old screen to the new. This kit had everything (for me also the double sided tape) that you need. I'm so happy this was available because my screen was shattered and I was able to replace it in about 45 minutes for $50.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this product; I've been using it for two months without any issues. The installation is straightforward - just apply the two adhesive strips, and you're done. The real challenge is removing the damaged screen. I recommend using alcohol to dissolve the old glue.

My child damaged the LCD, so I fixed it for her . You can see the before and after. This is a temporary solution, the quality of the glass lcd is not as the original, it’s so bright as if someone applied pink filter to the screen, so don’t expect to see those beautiful vibrant colors in the original Samsung screen. The package includes a screen protector so you don’t really need to buy one unless you don’t like the quality of the one provided. Like everyone said no adhesive strips so I went and got one with a pluck and it helped me a lot do the job, I got a cheap heat gun but it did nothing ( my fault)also the guitar picks were useless and I didn’t need the screw drivers because the damage is only to the screen. If I face any issue lately I will update this but if you are looking for a quick solution this should work as the price is considerably the cheapest.

Ok, new review on the new one I ordered. It works great. Tablet is fixed and the problem was solved. Cristal clear and excelent quality.

Horrible quality ! Screen stopped working completely shortly after installation .Please ,please save your money and purchase something of better quality and listen to the poor reviews .

Everything about this repalcement screen exceeded my expectations. All of the necessary tools to make the repair were included with the kit. Installation was straight forward, and for those complaining about the S-pen not working after installation, you have to transfer over the WACOM moduel and cable from the old screen. Everything works as it should and my tablet looks new again.
