i got customer feedback said it will fit 2007 208 2009 2010 2011 2012 R350 of Mercedes Benz, but i suggest you to check your car whether have got a MMI interface before order (it is socket not plug, please check MMI interface shap in ours pictures show), it usually in the glove box or armrest box or near the center console, this bluetooth only work with MMI socket of mercedes benz modle. Can i turn up music volume with the mmi adapter when it’s plugged in?

There is no volume switch on the adapter itself. As long as you have your music volume all the way up on your phone, then the music volume is loud and clear. The music volume can be controlled by the radio volume control on the radio itself or the up and down controls on the steering wheel. Hope this helps.
