Or stamped?** A: I believe these are forded and hand sharpened. note that you have to religiously take care of them. wash and dry immediately after each use. So far I am very very happy with this purchase. **Q: Will these knives stick to a magnetic knife holder?** A: I have not tried that. They are made of steel.
