The item did not measure up to my expectations. It was low quality, damaged and very expensive for its material.

The Welcome side of the sign is upside-down/flipped. It defeats the whole point. You can see by the pictures, that on the Welcome side of the sign, the holes are at the bottom. Very disappointed.
