Am I missing something?** A: I make sure the wheels are spread apart just a little when I fold it up **Q: How does this open? It will not open** A: It should be simple. Just pull the ends apart and it will open. Perhaps the wheels are in lock position so release the wheels. **Q: could you hitch this to another wagon?** A: I connect it to my mobility scooter all the time it great!! **Q: Are the wheels made of rubber or plastic?** A: The wheels are made of hard plastic. I will say that it works pretty okay in the sand. Obviously itโ€™s a bit tough in super loose sand (all of these carts have a hard time). I live in SoCal and have had zero issues using it last summer. This carts works WAY BETTER than the thin wheeled carts in the sand. I have reusable shopping totes with flat bottoms (Amazon purchase) and this cart can hold my 2 along with 3 one gallon water bottles (the width of the cart). Iโ€™ve had it several months now.
