Clarifying Azelaic Acid 20% Cream | Lightweight and Fragrance Free Skincare | Gentle and Effective for all Skin Types

Fantastic product. Has made such a difference in just a week on my skin. I have been using 10% azelaic acid for some time but there has been a noticable difference and improvement in the texture of my skin and a big reduction in redness with this particular product. Dries in quickly but does not dry out my skin. Would highly recommend.

I’ve been using this on and off for afew weeks to ease my chin congestion. My chin has had blocked pores for years causing bumps and outbreaks and I’ve tried most things from retinol, glycolic acid to AHAs to shift it. This stuff had an immediate effect on both the redness and bumps under the skin without any irritation. After afew days use it made a noticeable improvement. I e played around with a week of use and a week off to using every other day and find every two days keeps my skin clear. I stumbled on it by accident and I’m not familiar with the brand but would recommend and will try their other products. It’s a small bottle but you use between 1-2 small pumps.

I’m not sure whether I have rosacea or not as I’m waiting on a very long list to see a dermatologist. I decided to try azelaic acid to see if it improves my skin. So far, it has massively improved the texture of my facial skin. It’s so much smoother, the pimples/bumps have gone and it’s looking more radiant and hydrated. I’m still quite red, so will continue to use it and see if that improves, but even if it doesn’t, my skin feels nicer already and I’ll just use a green tinged cream to cover up when I need to. I did find it stings a little when you first start using it, but it wears off after an hour or so and your skin does get used to it. It doesn’t have a horrible scent, you only need a little so it lasts a long time and offers excellent value, and it’s a great quality product.

This is fabulous for perioral dermatitis. Reduces inflammation and improves the skin texture. Burns on first application then skin becomes more sensitive but preserve for 12 weeks and it will improve the skin. Make sure to wear SPF 50 daily

Works after a while but if you have inflamed skin you will find it difficult to cope with the stinging and itching it causes

Really good product, started to see the results, affordable as well. Would I recommend this product, certainly, the cream spreads well, and doesn't have a smell either

Really love the product. It does sting/make me itchy for about 15 mins after application but I'm finding this is reducing with use over time (about 2 weeks so far.) My skin is so clear and absolutely glowing. It hasn't helped much with the redness I havent from broken capillaries but I also expected that would be the case. But my skin texture and tone have evened out lovely, and it has reduced the visibility of pores. Would definitely recommend this even with sensitive skin, although it stings it doesnt cause any visible irritation like I experienced with retinols

This is the best product I’ve ever tried and I’ve tried too many. I’ve suffered with Rosacea for about 4 years & tried lasers, products and medications. I stopped the Metronidazole gel and gave this a test and it’s reduced it by 70% in about 4 weeks. As an added bonus my whole face looks refreshed and blemish free. I started on the 15% once per day and gradually increased to 20% twice a day. Highly recommend 🙏

This stuff is brilliant so far was waiting to go to the uk to get dr Sam’s neutralising gel saw this on Amazon and was familiar with the brand and I must say it’s great on my skin , I’ve since recommended it to the young people in my family who also have skin issues , ridiculous that you can’t buy this % of azelaic acid in Ireland over the counter !!!

I have been using this product for a few months now. It has been a journey but it seems to work. At first it was a little strong for my skin but that was because of some other products that I was using along side of it. It can be itchy but that was because of the way I was using it. I have seen results and I like them. It works

This facial cream is actually pretty nice. It feels light and spreads easy. It does not have a greasy residue that is hard to work with. It feels hydrating and not too dewy or drying.

I have been using azelaic acid products for a year, ever since I discovered them. I have used a lot of different types of chemical exfoliants over the years, some work and some don't and some also do different things. I think azelaic acid is fairly gentle, it can itch slightly but that can be helped if your skin is slightly moist when putting it on. Azelaic works well for the redness I have on my nose and cheeks. I have tiny capillaries that at times can be very red, azelaic acid is the only product I have ever used that has reduced them and if I stop using it I can see a difference. I think this is a great product to try if you are interested in azelaic acid.

i have a few other products from this brand and i like it! This cream contains an acid meant to help with exfoliation. i didn't notice any irritation and the cream did help to hydrate my skin without breaking me out!
