Child Sleep Training Playful Puppy Bedtime Routine

Recently I was asked to participate in a blog review of the Dream Team Pets Playful Puppy. The package arrived neatly with a plush dog pet, sleep certificate and a beautiful hard cover book. This sleep training works wonderfully with lots of ages of children. We are thankful for this product simply because it is easy. This training program is easy to slip into the routine of day to day, especially when bedtime gets kinda hectic. The Playful Puppy is soft and cuddly and is the perfect partner to catch some z's with. As a parent who did not know a lot about sleep training, this was the perfect place to both start and finish our journey.

This product is ideal for children who are having issues sleeping alone or nightmares. My daughter felt so much more secure with her new friend guarding her at night. She loves me reading the book that comes with the puppy. This is a wonderful tool for parents to have, it has been a great help for us.

Just a stuffed animal with a book. You can save yourself money and do this with any stuffed toy. Very disappointed.

Oh how I wish this had worked. My daughter liked the dog okay and sort of enjoyed the star system, but beyond the one-night novelty of it she didn’t seem to care much about “training” him. From a parent’s perspective, the dog itself seems kind of cheap, and while I guess it’s nice to have a little book and certificate, I feel like you’d do just as well to buy any other stuffed animal (or use one you already have) and create a star system for it to see if the concept even resonates with your child.
