The Stretching Poster

Great for quick daily overall stretching

Covers stretches for all the major muscle groups with good instruction. I couldn't find a poster frame to fit the exact size, but in reality, I didn't look too hard.

I would love this poster if it had survived the mailing but it had creases in it and little tears around the edges when I removed it from the tube. The tube was not damaged so I can only think that it happened when it was placed into the tube. However, I used packing tape to "laminate" it on the back so the front was not affected and this worked very well. I did put extra around the outside edges because of the heavy use it will get. I did not laminate it because it takes 2 million years to turn a laminated object into dust and tape does not last as long. I plan on traveling with it when I do outside exercise and will also be using it at home. It is now thick and durable. These exercises are excellent for stretching and are clearly explained. The pictures are well done and the poster is large enough to see at a distance. All of these stretches are safe according to a physical trainer and a physical therapist that I know. I have had medical issues and so must be very careful what I do and these are all doable although some will take time to do as pictured. Always hopeful!

I'm giving this five stars because it is exactly as the picture portrays. However, personally, I wish it was more eye catching after buying it. The poster is a thicker material than posters you get at Walmart, which is nice because you don't have to worry about it shredding when rolling it up or hanging it. The pictures are a little smaller than preferred, you kind of need to be up close to be able to get the concept or each stretch but all together, nice poster.

What can i as its a picture of streches. The size is great you can do you streches and follow the poater without having to get up close to see them.

Perfect for your home gym or workout space. Great easy to follow directions.

Not worth the money In today's world with all the technology.
