First I have to say I'm a honey collector. I have Honey from all over the world and am constantly looking for Honey to add to my collection. I do use it though so it doesn't sit on a shelf collecting dust. When I saw this Honey on Amazon I immediately ordered a 22 ounce jar. It arrived quickly VIA UPS and was intact in a box wrapped in heavy bubble wrap. Now that is the way to protect a jar of Honey! Kudo's to Desert Creek, the small business here on Amazon that I purchased it from which also shipped it! The Honey is thick and has a cream like consistency at 67F. This is the temperature I store my Honey. As it warms it becomes more pliable and flows easier but is still thick which is what I prefer. The taste is so amazing I don't know how to explain it well. It's flowery and sweet but not too sweet and smells so good. Nothing negative about this Honey! If you are looking for a high quality raw honey that won't break the Bank then I highly suggest you try this! The Honey does come in a plastic container which some may not like but it is sturdy and thick to protect it. I do not know if it's BPA free but I think it is. I think most foods these days are in BPA free or non toxic plastic containers. From their website I want to quote this: "HONEST RAW HONEY DOES NOT CONTAIN: Antibiotics, chemicals, additives, herbicides, pesticides, imported honey, and everything else that shouldn't be in your food." It's raw, not adjusted in any way from hive to jar. Check it out. Can't link it but the website is the same name as the Honey so it's easy to find. Overall atm this is my number One Honey and I have over 70 different Honey's in my home. Try a tablespoon of it right out of the jar when you get it. I eat it right out of the jar and use it in my Tea and Coffee. Right now it's not shipped by Amazon so it should get to you intact. Bottom line: Try it! I think you will be quite happy and surprised with how good this Honey is!

This is really good. This is just what I was looking for. I'm quite ill and regular honey just isn't thick enough for the concoction. I mix up to drink for my illness. I rather something like this and it worked well, good product well made. That it's unprocessed. This stuff is delicious. Never mind mixing it. Just eat it but I want to thank vendor, for shipping it. Very fast which I appreciate because I had ran out of honey and I needed it quickly. I would recommend the vendor and the honey

I'm not sure what I was expecting, with some reviews complaining about the smell, which could be due to whatever the bees were feeding on at any particular time, and others disliking the taste or stating there was added sugar. Simply because it's creamy and flows does not mean it's altered. It is not overly sweet at all, and passes the thumb test. It appears that it is not heated at all, though I'm not certain if it is warmed during harvest. Though it states that it is 'naturally crystalized", the jar that I received is not at all, just creamy, light, delicious flavor. I've tasted many, many honeys and they are all different, and everyone has their own preferences, but this is my new favorite.

I will totally buy this product again. Great size for the cost. The amazing creamy buttery texture, flavor and color of this Honey its incomparable. It's Totally an amazing find. I am addicted. Now this is real honey! Taste great, all natural, and not processed. Retains all the essential nutrients that are otherwise taken away with processing. People don't understand that most honey is not honey at all. It's over processed and diluted with other product, such as corn syrups, sugar, water, etc. This is the real deal. Great flavor. Real honey!

I've done the vinegar and thumb tests on this honey and this is the real deal. I've also noticed that my testosterone levels have improved noticeably since I started taking a spoonful of this every morning. I know this honey is slightly runny, but if you put a drip on your thumb it will still hold its shape. The runny nature does not mean this is not real honey, contrary to what some reviews suggests.

Like the taste. One of the best honey.
