The Spanish Workbook for Kids: A Fun and Easy Beginner's Guide to Learning Spanish for Kids Grades K-5: Learn the Alphabet, Numbers, Colors, Shapes, Senses, Seasons and Other Essential Concepts

I am teaching my own children Spanish, starting from zero, and this book is great for that. It is aimed for kids and has enjoyable activities, coloring, and fun things to learn the basics of Spanish. I also teach Spanish one at high school, and while these are more aimed towards kids, there are some good things that I am able to use in my class. For example, colors, days of the week, numbers, and other such things.

My child has been learning Spanish for a little while, and this workbook has made it so much fun. The lessons on the alphabet, numbers, colors, shapes, and seasons are easy to follow, and the activities really keep my kid engaged. I’ve noticed them using new words in conversation already, which is so exciting to see! It’s clear a lot of thought went into making the workbook both educational and enjoyable. If you want a beginner-friendly way to help your kids learn Spanish and actually enjoy it, this workbook is a gem.

I love this book. I am glad I chose this one out of all the other ones. I'm sure there's other good ones but I love the simplicity of this one. The colors were nice not overbearing and overstimulating, the book really does start with the basics. I am Spanish, it is my first language and feel the pronunciation was pretty accurate. I haven't seen every single page to see if there was any mistypo but I would say at least from my experience up to now, it's a great book for beginners. My son doesn't read or write in Spanish so I bought this with the hopes he will gain the knowledge he needs. We no longer live in times when English will do. There is real competition out there. Learning a second language is a very important skill set to have so I congratulate all parents buying these books, encouraging and teaching their children to learn a secondary language.

This is a very solid workbook for little kids beginning to learn Spanish! It is fairly engaging and very relatable. Some inconsistencies exist-- errors in directions that were clearly copied and pasted without being edited to reflect the content of the page, for example. Another example was a vocabulary review section where we are supposed to match the Spanish word with the pictures, but we hadn't been taught the word "iglesia' for church. It seems like maybe at one point iglesia was one of the vocabulary terms for the alphabet section, but the swapped it out, only they forgot to swap other references to it. Little things like that, and important words missing from the glossary, keep this from being a 5-star rating. I wish there was a second book to get to continue learning because we like the format a lot. I even borrowed the format of the section that teaches the colors, and made my own worksheets for some colors the book doesn't cover! Worth a buy if you have a little one starting out!

I love this work book! You can easily make a full curriculum out of it and it hits all the major language learning areas. I would say this is even good for a teenage as well. These pages were well thought out with reinforcement in mind but creatively done so that it doesn't feel repetitive. My kids have been going through it for a while year now and taking g their time and not rushing through it. It would be awesome if there was a part 2 for this...I would certainly get it!

I love this book for teaching my son Spanish. He’s already a good reader so that makes it even easier. I mean the kid doesn’t know how to read or write or even speak Spanish, but he’s picking it up pretty quick with this book. Will definitely buy more if they have it in other language languages just to learn.

I am an adult who has decided that they finally want to learn to speak Spanish. I felt that I needed to start at the very beginning to develop a solid base to build on.. This book has really been incredible. It starts with a very basics and does a great job helping me master them. I highly recommend it. It is colorful, well laid out and easy to follow.

I absolutely love this book. It’s easy to follow easy to read and fun. My toddler needs to have something fun to keep her engaged and this book does that. We use it as additional “homework” after her English kindergarten homework. I want to keep the Spanish alive in her and this book has helped a lot. I would totally recommend it for beginners. Even as an adult I find it entertaining lol. Thank you for creating this book. Love it!
