The extra strength are the best.
Been using these for many years. They're not perfect but they do provide some relief. I breathe better, snore less and get a good night's sleep. Make sure to wash your nose with soap and water, dry with a towel and then put on the strip, being careful not to touch any part of the sticky side.

They really help.
I wear them at night when I'm sleeping or when I'm stuffed up and they help a lot. Tip so you don't waste them...clean your nose well with hand soap or alcohol before applying the nose strip and when you do apply it, make sure to hold down on the strip well for about fifteen seconds with your fingers so that the strip adheres to your nose. If you do this, the strips will last all day, or night.

How I Use Them
Used this product for several years now. Works well. Make sure you wash your face well, and (or) use some rubbing alcohol if you have an oily complexion. Size wise, folks with more dainty noses can trim the strips with scissors. On rare occasions I have taken one strip and cut it length-wise in thirds, taken one of those thirds and added it to the one first applied to my nose for a little extra lift. Just have to make sure that first one is on firmly.
