Honestly I gained like 8 pounds I workout regularly, now I see some serious definition and my strength has encreased. However the pills are super large hard to swallow you have to take 4 it’s a task. I normally crush them. If I could do it over I would use the powder. Gains have been great. But vegan capsules or powder would be better.

I’m halfway through my 3rd bottle. I loaded it, and saw results pretty quick even though I don’t exercise as much as I could. If you’ve read about creatine benefits, that’s what I got. The pills were not hard for me to swallow, just takes a little extra water …. One potential problem — I’m 57 with borderline hypertension and my bp went up. I’m NOT sure this product caused it, but be mindful
