This is exactly what hits the spot as it is getting cooler. These little cups of goodness are spot on - opening the lid reveals a yummy scent and once that hot water blends with it, it is the perfect little meal of warm oatmeal that fills you up. The texture is perfect (obviously, it will depend on how much water you add and whether or not you like runny or chunky, but you are in control here). My package contained fresh ingredients, and the cups are good for almost 6 months (they won't last that long!). These are a perfect little cup of a warm snack or meal - and I love that I can just add hot water and take this with me to my desk, outside to the back deck or whatever.

Love these single serve oatmeal cups! They are super quick to make while at work on a short break. They give me enough carbs and protein for a great pick me up during a short break at work. The cost is about$1/each and it's more nutritious than a candy bar. I sometimes throw some fruit in for added fiber. These cost twice as much at the grocery store. My co-workers can smell the cinnamon and brown sugar while it is "steeping" like tea! Only takes a few minutes with hot water from our dispenser at work. Good value and healthy quick choice!
