the active ingredient, zine oxide, is only 12.8% vs Destin(purple) and Butt Paste(red) which are 40%. I would think 40% works better than 12.8%?

Triple Paste is THE ONLY cream that works! The others are all junk if you ask me. I've tried them all. Something about how thick and the sealant used that makes this cream amazing. I feel so bad when my baby gets a rash and I'm out of this stuff. He had a rash for a week while I literally applied all the other creams (BUTT PASTE, DESITIN, SENSITIVE BUTT PASTE, ETC) and I felt like it was getting worse! I finally got some triple paste and not even a day went by and that rash was GONE! He went from cracked, bleeding, awful rash (and I change diapers religiously) where he was shaking when I had to change him and it broke my heart. I said "Mommy's got the REAL CREAM now so you'll feel all better 😢🧴🧸👶🏼💓😊

Has the triple paste packing changed? The lid is different from what I bought before.

The lid on our 8 oz and 16 oz Triple Paste jars is new! Now, it’s a flip top to make it easier for mom to use with one hand, while holding onto baby with the other hand. We hope you like it!

Can this be used with cloth diapers?

I would not without a liner. Though the issue is more than concerns about stains. (Why did the manufacturer rep say that??) It's a moisture barrier cream, so it will inhibit the absorbency of your cloth diapers.
