Who would it know as someone who has TDAH, I finish this book in less than a month which to my surprise I never finish a book but the story and how the author gives life to everyone in it and the details make it picture a real life events ,anyways it was a sad,funny and a happy novel of a real life story for a lot of mothers and maybe fathers out there who can relate to it ; I chose to read this novel for the first time because a friend of mine showed me the upcoming movie and I was like that’s interesting like I would like to know the book (real version) and to my surprised I loved it , make me cry , laugh and sympathize with all the characters . Definitely will recommend now I can’t wait to see the movie .

This book was a really good one. After hearing so much about it and knowing that a movie is coming out soon, i had to grab it ! The story starts off strong with going straight into her life after the fact. Without saying too much, i also love that the book never felt dragging.. like it was carrying it on to just make a complete full paged book. The “good parts” were carried on a little lol, but that’s only because of the tensions rising and the feelings of resentment and shame possibly there so i get it. but i recommend this book ! Colleen Hoover did NOT disappoint. I’ll definitely be getting more books from her.

Reminders of Him completely broke me and healed me at the same time. This book is beautifully written in such a raw and emotional way that I couldn’t stop reading. Every chapter pulled me deeper into Kenna’s story, and I felt everything with her — the guilt, the longing, the hope, and the love. The letters she wrote to Scotty were some of the most powerful parts of the book for me. They felt so intimate and heartbreaking, like you were reading pieces of her soul. And when she read the letter about the worst day of her life to Ledger, I was crying so hard. That scene absolutely shattered me. Ledger was such a beautifully written character. He wasn’t perfect, but he was kind, patient, and conflicted in a very real way. Watching him slowly open his heart and see Kenna for who she truly is made the story even more powerful. One of the most emotional moments for me was when Kenna saw the photo of her daughter for the first time. You could feel the weight of everything she had lost. As a reader, it’s impossible not to feel that pain. The ending was so beautiful and satisfying. It felt earned, not rushed. It felt like healing. I was emotionally exhausted by the end, but in the best possible way. This is a story about forgiveness, motherhood, second chances, and the complexity of love. I cried a lot — and I would read it all over again.

Honestly I’m personally not a Colleen Hoover fan but my friend wanted to see the movie so I had to read the book first. I am honestly impressed with how much I did enjoy this book. It was a good story and well written. Me personally I prefer different type of romances verses this, but the small suspense aspect made it bearable for me. I will say the book is 100% better than the movie.

Bought three books from Colleen Hoover and as always … you can easily skip 10 chapters and not miss a thing. Good initial plots but horrible writing and absolutely no developments. I stopped the agony in the middle of the third book and threw them all away.

This one made me cry, smile, feel the joy and appreciate the time cause we never know when this rollercoaster gets to end. I couldn't lay this down, I re-read most of the chapters as I felt I want to sink through those words. I love the fact how no character in the book has been portrayed negatively. It's just like there is no good or evil people, it all comes to time and circumstances for people to be judged for. Totally loved the book... have already recommended it many. Thank you Colleen for another master piece.
