Great product
Finally, what I've been looking for. The strap on the bottom hugs your arch, allowing you to rotate your feet without interfering. I wear a size 7-7.5 shoe in Women's and the medium fits snug. Just right. I also like the extra thick strap around the ankle, stabilizes and protects from direct impact.

Foot protectors that really work for adult martial arts kicking
These foot protectors really work for my adult martial arts kicking. They space my toes, helping toe plantarflexion and preventing plantar fasciitis, while protecting the dorsum of my inflexible feet when kicking pads. Comfortable, relatively easy to put on (getting toes 3,4 and 5 into small holes is never easy), secure and take off. They dry relatively quickly (haven't had to wash them yet). And I like that they're microfiber--no leather.
