Great postpartum recovery kit - especially if you delivery vaginally! However, if like me you deliver unexpectedly via c-section majority of the items you won’t use (wipes, foam and cooling pads), which is why it loses a star. I did use the pads and shorts and they were the BEST things and highly recommend them postpartum, incredibly comfortable! It is expensive for what it is but worth it if you want that postpartum peace of mind.

The disposable knickers are really good. However, the other products aren’t particularly useful—especially if you have stitches. The cooling pads are okay, but not quite cooling enough. I would recommend getting a different kit that includes a peri bottle, disposable knickers, and maternity pads instead.

I bought because I thought that will help me during post partum, but was not the case. I ended up using the always diaper and none of the other products on the package. The cooling maxpads caused pain because they are big and rough. The disposable underwear had to be used with something which was also not ideal and painful. The cooling and the foam are good, but for the price I didn't think was worth it.

I wanted to like this. It seemed like such a good idea. Nevertheless, the disposable underwear were not absorbent, so if anything leaks beyond the ice pad, there’s a mess. Also, the “pad liners” are just wet wipes and they frequently wound up falling in the toilet. Also, why is the peri bottle not included? There’s a place for it in the caddy. I do not recommend this product.

Este kit es un must have para el post parto! Recomendable 100%. Calidad excelente, braguitas súper cómodas, las toallitas son muy muy refrescantes y la mouse refresca y ayuda con la cicatrización sobre todo para los primeros días en los que la zona está más sensible y posterior para sentirte limpia y fresca :)
