About 3 years ago eczema decided to creep into my life, specifically on my shins. After trying to deal with it myself using every cream out there and oatmeal bath to no avail, I made a dermatologist appointment. 6-12 months of one steroid cream after another at $80 a visit, they finally decided to do an excisional biopsy ($$) just to find out that I was severely allergic to the steroid creams they were giving me. So they prescribed a new steroid cream that doesn't have that "allergy" factor to it. Nothing! My legs were scaly and itching more than ever. I would scratch till I would bleed :( I gave up on the dermatologist and decided to try this. Lo and behold it actually controlled the itching which in return helped my skin begin to heal. It took about a month of me constantly applying it at every onset of an itch. I bought a bottle for my purse so I would have it everywhere I went. It works!!! After my skin started healing I also began using 100% pure organic coconut oil after every shower. This is a great product. I only wish they were bigger bottles. Definitely reccomend!

I normally do not write a product review but here's to one of the best products I have ever bough at amazon. This is amazing. Also, this review will help people decide who are suffering from eczema or flaky skin like me( especially on the face, sooo embarrassing.). I have tried a lot of over the counter cream , ointment, lotion, etc and even prescription drugs from my skin doctor but nothing seems to work, some are temporary and not even good for long term use such as steroids. I found this googling "eczema cure" and this came out, I rad some of the reviews and tried this. Hesitant at first but let me tell me you guys, this is AMAZING!!! M y flaky skin stopped after just one use! No more redness, no more itchiness.. i got my confidence back, I have been using this product for 3 days and I am so satisfied but mind you I still need to observe but nonetheless it works! This review is real, based on a certified buyer like me...finally a cure for eczema is now in the market. I know there's a lot our there but this is the best so far. I spent too much money on Aveeno and money went down the drain.. So there you go...thank you. I hope the distributor would come up with some kind of promo code to avail this product, kinda pricey.

I sometimes get small patch of eczema here and there, in spurts. Never in the same place it seems. Usually the back of my head by my scalp line, in my head, or on my arms. Weird! It itches so bad sometimes, I can't help but scratch. Of coarse scratching makes it spread worse, and because I'm 65 now, and my skin is thinning, it will leave scars.....Ugh,,,so I needed something to help. Seen this product, and although I thought it was a little pricey, I was desperate, I decided to try it. It DOES help with the itch!!! Yeah! So, I will re-order when needed!! It does help the rash to go away, but it takes a few days. It is very thick and only takes a small amount, so it should last a while. You have to squeeze hard to get it out, as it is so thick. But, all and all, very happy with the Therapy Cream. Four stars is just because I think it is a bit pricey.

I saw on other reviews abt this cream being too thick to get out of the bottle. I did not have this problem at all. I purchased the dispenser bottle. I worked fine. It's more of a cream, not lotion. It was fresh, not old as others described. Use small amounts. It has a very mild pleasant scent that goes away in a few minutes. Don't think fragrance was added, it's the ingredients. I t's too expensive for just a 4 oz bottle. I tried it on different parts of my body. It seemed to be more effective for the eczema rash on my arms. Honestly, after trying another product yesterday on my arms/legs, (that I had been using as a moisturizer w/ sunscreen on my face & neck}, I feel like I had better results with that. It's called Neutrogena Healthy Defense Daily Moisturizer w/ Sunscreen - 'Sensitive Skin' - SPF 50. Amazon has it. There are many similar Neutrogena moisturizer sunscreens - look for the purple label on the box/bottle that is highlighted in 'purple' - Sensitive Skin. No item # listed but Amazon sells for 15.69, 34.99 2 pack. It may/may not help, but it's a good product just to have around if you have sensitive skin & need a moisturizer/sunscreen when outdoors. The rash on my arms/legs is mild, so keep that in mind. I have tried many other products including steroids which help but eventually w/ long term use the skin becomes sore/prickly sensitive feeling. I think I'll keep using the Neutrogena... today arms/legs look really good. I usually p/u at the local drug store but looks like Amazon is a little cheaper. Hope this is helpful....

I have had eczema for 2 years now, I blame it on the stress of Trump being elected (!), and have been spending too much money on dermatologists. I even had patch testing to see what triggered the rashes. After eliminating most of the preservatives I was allergic to, I was still fighting the itch and rash on both my lower legs and arms. Steroid creams seemed to make it worse and my hair started to fall out, which is a symptom of too many steroids. So...I got on Amazon and looked over some natural solutions. I read all the reviews and decided to try this product. It felt great immediately and did a pretty good job of relieving the itching. When I stopped scratching, the lesions started to heal. After a month, I see a great improvement. The rash has disappeared from my arms and my legs are healing. I have hope that it will clear up entirely - as long as I avoid the triggers. The only cons are this stuff is expensive, and I had to put it on my lower arms and legs several times a day to combat the itching. I went through 2 containers in a month. Believe me, I was scraping every bit out of the container. But for me it was well worth it.

I was dealing with really bad eczema on my neck and face and was desperate to find something that could help calm my skin. I was looking forward to using this lotion, but it spread my eczema instead. I used it for less than a week. It relieved my itching, and I was super thankful that it did. Stopping my itching was one of the things I really needed/wanted. Unfortunately, this lotion has FRAGRANCE and is possibly the main cause of my eczema spread. The moisturization is not too good for me since I need super thick moisturizer to not have dry spots. The lotion isn't too thin or too thick. The fragrance bothered me the most. If this is supposed to be for people with super sensitive skin, I don't think fragrance is good for sensitivity. I was so surprised that this had fragrance in it. It advertised and labeled itself as having all these good ingredients for the skin, but they added fragrance which isn't good for all sensitive skin types. It's unfortunate I had to return this. It spread my eczema too much when I applied this, and it was scary how much it kept spreading. It made my skin redder and spottier than before I applied it. Hope it works for you, but it definitely didn't work for me.

Within 2 days, VAST IMPROVEMENT. Within 4 to 5 days, my ECZEMA was GONE. Backstory: I'd been battling eczema on my hands for months after some trauma to my hands while working in our church cafe for three days straight. Hours of acidic espresso coffee grounds dusting my hands and frequent hand washings had scorched my skin. I have continued to regularly apply the cream a couple of times/day to keep my skin healthy, including at bedtime when the cream has all night to do its work. A little of the cream goes a long way, so a bottle lasts for a long time. Two of my daughters have genetic eczema, and we will try it on their next flare-ups. Going forward, I will always have a bottle of DermaCed on hand. (No pun intended!)

We bought this product because our 8 month old son had really bad eczema on his neck. We had tried several different creams and the only thing that worked was hydrocortisone cream. Neither my husband or I loved the idea of putting such a strong steriod on our son so often as there are many side effects. Our son also had hypothyroidism and as you may or not know, your thyroid is in your neck. We were putting this strong topical steroid right on the very area he already had problems with. We read some of the effects of hydrocortisone cream and found that hormone issues was among the long list. We needed to find a new solution and quick! We searched the internet and found this natural cream with a hopeful descriptions and decent reviews. We decided to order it once and see if it worked since it was so expensive. We have not had to use hydrocortisone cream since!!!! His eczema gets worse and better depending on multiple factors, but this cream really makes a huge difference in our ability to keep it under control. He is much more comfortable and we don’t need to use more than a small squirt of the bottle once or twice a day (depending on his his neck looks). Most of the time the eczema is gone or barely there. Of course we ordered another bottle and will continue to restock because our baby is worth it! I’m so glad this product exists. For those of you worried about the cost, it took us more than three months of applying it to his neck once or twice a day to go through the entire bottle. It ends up being around $10 a month for us.
