Great bread.
This tastes great and bakes well. But I’d recommend more yeast. It didn’t fluff up as much as we would like.

Fabulous collection of flour . I’m a seasoned baker - so I know this to be true . You got to follow good baking techniques yes, but worth it Had an issue with the seller because they delivered an item less, but got a refund

Excellent product , just a bit expensive
Great product , doesn’t weigh down the bread and rises perfectly . Just wish it was more reasonably priced since it works out more expensive than other similar products

Metallic taste
The flour has metallic odour and taste.

Very very salty. Bread is very good right after oven, but then its getting dry and crumbly, not like bread made from scratch. I would not recommend it. I wish this company make some breadmix, from grains etc . Could be more useful
