Replacement Comparators for Taylor 2000 Series (PART NO 9058)

Exact replacement for the device that was in my original Taylor pool test kit. It's amazing how cloudy and old one can get. This one works great.

Exact replacement for the Taylor K 2006 test kit. If your old one became clouded a tip another reviewer gave is to use a rolled up paper towel to dry the inside of the test areas. It will keep the calcium from fogging the tube.

I’ve been using the Taylor kit for a long time. I like this new style comparator better than the original one because it’s easier to read the cya measurement.

What's to say. It works and is the only thing you can use for drop testing with Taylor reagents.

I dropped and broke my old one, so ordered this and it functions the same, but the plastic is much thinner and less robust looking so I am going to have to ding it a star. It does work perfectly fine, just not sure how it will hold up to being dropped or knocked around.

This is a repeat purchase, they get a lot of use for a large condo complex pool system. The chemicals are constantly being tested to be safe for everyone.

The numbers are clearing printed on the black backing so it is very easy to read. Not the clear markings on the tube, those are the worst. Very easy to read and use and totally accurate. I manage a swimming pool and a spa that must be tested every 2 and 4 hours each every day. The vials do get cloudy after long periods of use. I have found that using a rolled up piece of paper towel to swab out moisture after each use helps prevent the cloudiness.
