## Customer Reviews

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fabulous Book, Fabulous Technique
*by N***S on March 1, 2023*

This is the best book I’ve read on the hypnotic gastric band! I’ve read 6 ebooks on the subject and I was applaud by the disorganization, page padding, and basically not a HGB at all. This book gives the science behind the technique in full detail, and audio visual downloads. I’m a Hypnotherapist and was asked by a client to research the topic and this is by far the best technique and it’s now wonder! Paul is the creator of the technique. The book is well organized and easy to read. Paul puts it in the form of a live hypnotherapy session, so the book is basically pre induction speech, followed by anchors he gives and. Havening technique for emotional regulation.Don’t even bother buy these other ebook downloads, I’m sorry but I wasted my time and money on made up techniques that has nothing to do with the hypnotic gastric band.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ excellent book on using hypnosis for weight loss .
*by T*** on March 4, 2022*

excellent book on using hypnosis for weight loss. i enjoyed reading this book and so interested to try the gastric band trance.

### ⭐⭐⭐ Did not work for me:(
*by D***A on February 25, 2022*

Did everything in the book and did not work for me. He says read the book before doing the trances but says the sound crew who recorded the trances claimed to have lost weight but never read the book. May work for others not for me.
