I am a woman with wide feet (even wider than most men's) and so go from a 7 1/2 - 8 in women's to a 10 or even 11 in Sansha. Depending on how wide your feet or, or how you would like the shoes to fit, you could go either 13 or 14 in Sansha. I suggest you order both sizes to try them on and return the pair that you don't want if they have free returns. May also vary based on sock thickness or if you wear orthotics. Because my feet are wide, I only go 1 to 1 1/2 sized different from women's to men's sizing.
