The new Jet mini lathe stands won't fit the older lathes without drilling holes in the stand to fit the old lathe. Even though the specs on this Rikon mini lathe stand indicated it might be a tight fit for the older Jet mini lathe; however, when I got them they fit perfectly with room to spare. This stand has considerable variation in both the top alignment holes as well as the length adjustment which should make it fit many different brands of lathes.
