So I got setup with my RingCentral Voip system several months ago, and had just been using the mobile app and my computer, but it wasn't really cutting it. So did some research and wound up getting the well reviewed OBI VOIP adapter that came as a combo unit with a set of VTech phones. Wow. The adapter worked fine, but those phones really sucked. People kept complaining that they couldn't hear me. Tried the other phone with the same results, and after fighting it for a month, I did some research and wound up with this Panasonic instead. MAJOR difference right away. Clear sound, people could hear me, and the range/battery life is excellent. Speakerphone is plenty loud, and the buttons and overall quality just feels great. My only small complaint is that there's no headset jack, but for the money, you really can't beat this phone, and given the poorer reviews of the models that support bluetooth, I'll just stick with this.

I just needed a phone for the bedroom and this one fit the bill. I was small enough to fit the night stand and has more than enough features for what I need. It has a Christmas ring tone (Jingle Bells) with many others and a phone number directory. Battery life on the phone seems to be excellent (several days off the charger). The screen is back-lit with the date and time displayed large enough that I can see them without my glasses. The range on the phone is overall good as I stay connected in every room of our two story 2000+ square foot house. Overall, it's a nice supplemental phone for any spare room. Also, if you don't need a phone with an answering machine, this would make a nice primary phone if you still have a land line that is. :)

I've got mixed feelings on this. The old phone we had was a Panasonic and it lasted probably 12-14 years. This model works just fine, battery life seems good but I haven't run it though the paces nor have I "measured" that. It just seems to always have enough charge whenever I pick it up in the randomness of our house. We use cell phones for the most part so I just needed something kinda cheap but not so crappy it annoyed me. This phone is really light, like chintzy light, but that doesn't seem to matter. Maybe I'm so old that I feel like a phone has to weigh more to prove it's worth but not so old that I actually care. We haven't dropped it nor have I tossed it around like on a couch or bed. But I suspect it would take that kind of abuse just fine. Meaning the couch or bed, I'm not so sure about the tile floor, but our old phone probably wouldn't have taken that any differently. So for now, all is fine and I like this phone.

Its a good solid phone. The light is a nice softer amber light. The phone fits flush into the cradle. I saw no need to get an answering machine phone as voicemail comes standard with our phone service. this phone notifies us when we have a voicemail message, and all we need to do is press one button to have it call and hear our messages. It also has a speakerphone feature that is very nice to use. Also, the phone has great range. We can use it anywhere in the house, and even outside.

I purchased this phone because our previous phone (which I loved) was also a Panasonic. However this phone was a disaster. Within a week or two after receiving it, it started to malfunction. While in the middle of a conversation it would suddenly disconnect and start beeping with the screen reading busy. Sometimes it wouldn't even let you make a phone call in the first place. I tried everything from the instructions and from talking with customer service to get it to reconnect with the base and stay connected, but it continued to have issues. Returned the phone.

Nice phone for the price but falls short because it does not have a port for 2mm headset. How did a great Company like Panasonic miss that one? Had to return it and If not for that it is a great phone for the price.

Pure Panasonic quality and functionality. This single handset lets me wander a long way from my wired office phone location. The necessary functions are all there, and the phone looks good. People on the other end of a call have commented that the quality of the sound seemed excellent. I especially appreciate that it uses easily replaceable, rechargeable AAA batteries.

Ha llegado a tiempo; super excelente el telefono. Las baterias son AAA, utiliza 02 ; vinieron en la caja; EL telf es negro buen material resistente. Instrucciones facil y sencilla para la Instalacion. Para mi gusto, buena calidad en el Audio ( se escucha Perfecto). Permite realizar lo indicado ( Bloquea de llamadas). Compre solo 1; no me hace falta un 2do movil.. Buenas Duracion en la carga; ( mi madre habla bastante ). El funcionamiento es perfecto, la voz es muy clara y sin interferencias, tienen buen alcance. cuentan con Speake lo que lo hace más práctico. Se recomienda este telf.. Buen Precio..

Actualización a 2024: No sé qué pasó, ¡que ahora no suena el teléfono cuando entra una llamada! Ya revisé la configuración de volumen, tono, el modo silencioso está apagado y con todo, no suenan las llamadas, así que siempre las pierdo. HELP! *** No sé si es que no estoy para nada acostumbrada al timbre de ese teléfono, pero en varias ocasiones no me dio tiempo de ir a contestar. O comienza a sonar muy tarde. No sé. Por lo demás, funciona bien. Lamentablemente, no tiene «speaker», eso lo haría genial.

It's a nice little phone & it works well so far. I wish that phones still had a flashing red message light that you could see across the room. Seems like new stuff isn't as convenient as the old stuff.

I've hooked this up with other older Panasonic cordless phones and no major probs other than in the "Missed call" screen. I see the name of my first entered contact..... but they never called. Odd.

Its pretty good! Easy to use!! Functions how a phone should! I like the size!
