Good fit and work good

The quality on this thing was perfect. They are very durable. Dust free grips on brakes good and installation was ease.

These pads fit perfectly on my 2017 HD Street Glide Special FLHXS. They do not come with any additional hardware like the locking pin or pin safety clip, so cleaning and reusing is necessary. I was able to to do all three calipers in about an hour. The first test ride was about 30 miles at slow and moderate speeds. The pads seem to be quite noisy, both front and rear (hence the 4 rating). No squeal or squeak, but more of a breaking in light grind sound. The second test ride the next day was similar but the braking noise did get a little quieter. I did not do any power braking from high speed. I typically did smooth gradual breaking for longer distances until I get some miles on the pads. I'm hoping that once they get 3-5 hundred miles, that they will quiet down even more. Stopping power seems to be excellent, smooth and consistent as expected.

Can be a bit noisy but great product for the money

You get what you pay for. I'll be first to say OEM or similar pads are insanely, ludicrously priced, but they work well. I put these on my 2012 Road King Classic and had no issues. Put them on my 2017 Street Glide Special and quickly found the "cicada" "electric whir" terrible noise others complain about from my front left rotor. I'm not sure if I didn't get grease in the right spot or what, but it is definitely noticeable and unpleasant. I am hoping it'll fade away after some more miles, but honestly am not too worried about it. I'll see how it goes, but may see how long this noise lasts on my Street Glide before ordering again. I can always take apart and get more grease in there, but I'm pretty lazy. I will say there is no performance issues - I can stop every bit as good as I could before, so it is what it is. Reading other reviews, you can expect that noise at least 50/50 or maybe 1 in 3 using these pads on Harley Davidsons.

Trying these out after finding I needed new pads all around during pre trip inspection. I've recorded my mileage at install to get an idea on their lifespan other materials. I've only put on 100 miles since install but they brake fine and no loud noises from them so far. Taking it on a trip soon, I'll see if I like them after that.
