It went on easy and l it looks good. It is not glass like the original though.

Answering my own question, this back cover is made of glass just like the original. It is exactly the right shape and size and comes with all the adhesive pads preapplied. December 25, 2021 - The camera cover is NOT Sapphire. I have a small scratch on the cover now. The original cover is Sapphire which does not scratch.

I removed all the old adhesive with alcohol and the back cover just cannot stay attached with the case.

Replaced my shattered back cover with this today. Went on very easy and look/feel like new again. Not 100% sure if it's glass but I tried scratching it with exacto/razor blade and it did dig into it or leave a mark. If plastic, for sure it would have scratched.

This replacement back panel fits perfectly and seals as well as the original. It's necessary to carefully remove ALL of the old adhesive before applying this! If you leave any tiny patches or balls of old adhesive, this cover won't sit flat and won't be water resistant. If you pick off all the old adhesive and use some alcohol to clean up, you'll get a perfect installation.

Description is incorrect. The cover is not glass, it's plastic and missing the gorilla glass covering the phone was originally shipped with. This should be expected for the price. Do now know if phone is still waterproof. I'm afraid to try.
