Great for menopausal issues
I take this supplement because I am of a "certain age," and it's supposed to help with hormonal issues. As far as I can tell, it helps.

Great for Lubricating Dry Eyes
I use one cap 2x a day for dry eyes and for post menopausal dryness ladies. Works wonders!

It has orange or lemon smell/taste
In my country, this oil, not in capsules, was widely used for gastric ulcers, cervical erosion etc.. Very powerful remedy, but its smell was different - not bad or good - just different. I cut a softgel to try it and it has an orange or lemon smell/taste. I guess these days producers try to make medicine tastier. I personally prefer it original.

A Wonderful Supplement!
This is great stuff. A long kept secret from me. I'm using sea buckthorn both internally and externally. I've had digestive and skin issues most of my life, this is help for my side of the battle! Wish I'd known about this at a younger age.
