Hot & Cold Therapy Packs

These stay colder longer and provide a colder relief than the disposable ones. Nice to have the disposable cover to help with clean up. Size is also way more comfortable than the bulky disposable ones, felt like I could actually sit down with these while the other kind felt like a balloon under me.

Had hemorrhoidectomy & fissurectomy surgery two days ago. These postpartum pads have provided so much relief for my pain from the swelling & stitches. Even when frozen the gel stays soft and cold for a decent amount of time.

Definitely served it's purpose however doesn't stay cold too long. I do like the size and the inner material. Was maleable. Just wish it stayed cold a little longer.

I am three months postpartum and could not live without these cooling pads. I tried many other pads, including instant cooling maxi pads, but these were the best by far! I ended up ordering a second pack a week after I gave birth. They are high quality, comfortable (just the right amount of cooling), and a great value compared to other ones I’ve tried. They last about 30 minutes from being frozen so I felt comfortable using them at night and falling asleep with it on, knowing that it wouldn’t stay cold for an unsafe amount of time. They are easy to clean and reuse, too. They also work great for heat, which I used while I was in labor. If you’re thinking about getting these, just do it! They saved my life big time 🥺

Straightforward to use but doesn’t stay cold much longer than the disposable ones. It helps with the swelling pre and post partum but isn’t as long as one might want to cover all areas impacted by labor. Also works pretty well in your bra for nipple pain.

LOVE these ice packs! They feel so great, especially on episiotomy stitches. They aren’t big and bulky or uncomfortable to sit on like the Frida Mom ones. And they stay cold for a while. Definitely recommend getting this!

Preferred over the popular disposable ice packs as these stay colder for longer and are reusable.
