How does the speaker grille fit over these? Will the grille fit back over?

The speaker fits inside of this. The face of the speaker (nor the grille) is affected.

Is this a pair or a single speaker baffles in 1 order?

2 baffles and 2 pieces of foam come in each order

How do these get installed ? Are there any videos?

All you have to do is you remove your car door panels and remove the speakers and put your speaker through the baffle and mount it on your car door speaker enclosure and install the egg foam right behind the speaker on the door frame and use the existing screws to secure the speaker through baffle screw holes and the baffle will deaden the unwanted sound and vibration
