Just use them up within 3 months or something?. I took 6 + months to use them up. And, they became soft, with brown spots and a very strong copper taste. Looked it up online. Apparently, it's because once opened and the tablets are exposed to air (even within the time of opening the jar, getting one out and screwing the lid back on), just doing this apparently shortens their 'shelf life' So, my advice follow the instructions on the bottle for how many to take a day. And, then do it every day. Until the bottle is finished. I would say, common sense really?. But, if you're like me, and have a lot on your mind?. You may not always remember?. Also, if you do take them every day?. They felt like they were 'stoking my fires' My inner central heating got very hot.
