Stefan Aarnio was truly a great mind and writer. This book on negotiating is really captivating and thoughtful. I learnt so much and couldn't stop reading it. Really do recommend this book to anyone trying to improve their negotiating skills and become an expert on human nature!

So sad that this author passed away and that his books are no longer in print. This book was sooooo good. I gifted it to my bosses and Christmas and they loved it!! You wont regret reading it. Such great knowledge nuggets.

Good book so far but I was given a different title cover. That’s false advertising. Edit: It's quite narcissistic IMO. Quoting from the book, "take what you want, give what they need and make them pay for what they truly want" Doesn't sound like negotiation to me at all. Early in the book, he argues that a win-win system doesn't exist, but later on he says this type of negotiation "builds greater value" than a win-lose. Pretty hypocritical. Wouldn't recommend this book. Would suggest How to Win Friends + Influence People: Dale Carnegie -- life changing book for me.
