I’ve only had it for a few weeks so I can’t yet comment on the durability, but it’s definitely comfortable. In the past, I just used to wrap a resistance band around my back and sort of put it around my arms. This is a bit tricky as it is difficult to keep it in place and the rubber bands rub against your arms. This has a nice sleeve that keeps it from rubbing your arms. Because it’s strapped down, you won’t find yourself constantly having to adjust it. The leg bands are also nice and are ideal for shadow boxing or working lateral movement drills. As for resistance, I wouldn’t say it’s the strongest, but I’m only about 5’7. I imagine someone taller would be fighting more resistance. Regardless, it’s enough to add variety to my workout and make me push a little harder for some of my workouts.
