Can these work for right and left handed players?

Hi. Thanks for your interest. I don't think they work very well for left handed pickers. They are not really angled correctly. Fred Kelly picks make some left handed thumbpicks as does Dunlop. Jack - Jax Music Supply

Is there no thumb pick included in this 50pack? I'm confused because of the picture.

No thumb picks, just finger picks.

Can I use these for any finger? Or just the thumb?

No, these are mainly for thumb, you need a different pick for the other fingers.

Are these for index and middle fingers too, or just thumbs?

thes picks are for thumbs. if you look how they are made, you will see they lay in the same direction you use when holding a regular pick. finger picks on the other hand, exyend straight out from your index, and middle fingers.
