High quality
It’s quality for sure. Size is great. Price is high but it’s worth it.

Diabetic? These are a great replacement for the more famous peanut and chocolate candy.
As a type 2 diabetic. I love these things. I was a huge Peanut M&Ms fan (which is probably part of the reason I wound up getting type 2 diabetes), and these scratch and itch that I have for a sweet and peanutty treat every once in a while. The chocolate isn't as good as that which Mars puts in their famous candy-coated chocolates, but when you can't have the real thing, it's better than nothing. The candies themselves are of a good size, but the bag is rather small. I wish Russel Stover would sell these in larger quantities. The carbohydrate content on the label is high, but this is due to the use of sugar alcohols, which pass through your system unmetabolized. Once you account for the maltitol, there are only 3 grams of carbs per 1/8c cup serving (not much, a few candies per serving in reality). Are they great? If you have to watch your sugar intake, they certainly seem like it. But they're not the real thing. Nonetheless, they get 5 stars from me as they are one of my favorite sugar-free candies I have found so far.

Very Good
Just recently became diabetic and I try not to eat products with sugar now. This helped me tremendously. They taste very good and if I didn’t know they were sugar free I wouldn’t have believed it. It’s nice that some company’s make products for those of us who need to cut back, or out, of sugar. Try them you won’t be sorry.

Great sugar free option
Great sugar free option. Not as good as full sugar M&M's, but my Dad whose a diabetic was very happy getting these as an Xmas gift

Not a gem at all
tasted stale from the chocolate to the peanut inside. Bag is sitting uneaten. Tried to pass it off to others and so far people take one or two then dont take any more. I would not get these, but look elsewhere. I just purchased one from quest and going to try that out. Also tried out one from atkins that are an improvement on this, but not by much. While they are chocolate coated peanuts, the are not gems.
