I don’t often write reviews but this was a great product. Wish I knew about this sooner so I would have had it the day of surgery. Son had his wisdom teeth removed and this was such a huge game changer. Helped tremendously with the swelling and was able to get it overnighted. Made well, keeps cold for a long period of time. Super convenient and comfortable, plus hands free. If you need something for jaw pain or post surgery don’t think twice. Worth every dime. Highly recommended.

I’m currently recovering from a tonsillectomy/adenoidectomy and this has been such a great addition to my healing process. The ice packs help lower my pain, and I appreciate that it comes with 4 ice packs so I can change them out as soon as the ones I’m using go warm. The material is comfortable enough to sleep in which I also really appreciate at the moment. I would 100% recommend for any surgery in the mouth/jaw area.

This thing was a life saver after my wisdom teeth removal. Comes with multiple freezer packs so you can swap out easily. The design fits nicely around the head without sliding off.

ordered this not realizing it was for kids or "petite adults" so it's tight on my husband's head but still doable! just make sure to double check before you order for the sizing. The cold patches are super easy to switch out, and it comes with an extra set so you can rotate them out every 2 hours which is very helpful. Helps a ton with pain relief and reducing swelling after wisdom tooth extraction.

I have migraines & occipital neuraligia. This ice pack is absolutely perfect! I can wrap it perfectly around my head to apply cold to my right temple & neck at the same time relieving my pain. It has just the right amount of thickness so it's not too bulky & keeps temperature perfect. It has perfect spacing between ice packs. Whoever designed this, thank you it is wonderful

Had major dental work done, this product works much better than a trational icee pack. It uses two ice pack inserts but you get four so you can continue icing all day if needed. I highly recommend.

This product was very helpful for managing pain after wisdom tooth removal. I was concerned that it might be too small, but it fit my high school daughter well. The ice bag and the four ice packs were especially useful. I'm very satisfied with this purchase.

The quality feels solid, and I appreciate the thought put into making it adjustable for different areas. However, for my specific needs, it didn’t provide the relief I was hoping for, which is why I returned it. That said, for others looking for a well-made, reusable gel pack for TMJ, dental recovery, or facial therapy, this could be a helpful option. The weight and velcro straps worked well though.

I just got my wisdom teeth out and this has been my life saver. it’s so soft. the velcro keeps it nice and snug. although, the reason i give 4/5 stars is the packs don’t stay cold for a long period of time, i have to switch them out every 20 min.

This is a quality product that became very helpful after dental surgery. I love the fact that you don’t have to hold an ice pack to you face with your hand but can just wrap this around your head and it stays there for as long as you need it. it comes with 4 ice packs, so you keep one pair in the freezer while you use the other. The packs are mouldable even when frozen so you can model them around your face contour. The Velcro closing adjust to the size of your head. I have not tried them as hot packs yet but they can be used like that as well.
