Yes, it comes with both. The carrying case is well designed and attaches to a belt or backpack with the clip that is included.

Thanks everyone.  However, I there is no photograph showing anything other than the flashlight.  And, no specs listed or shown either.  Just other flashlights to compare it with.  Now I know, because of the kind people who answered it for me. I still think they should list the batteries it takes.  Mike

does it come in official packaging?  Ifound one on ebay for cheaper and it comes with the lanyard,holster,belt clip, and a sheath.

Check for fakes. There is a write up online that gives you the step by step procedure. Also, contact the manufacturer and they can tell you. The real one came in a retail plastic sealed "clam pack". It actually had two sets of batteries (for 8 in total) included. It came with all of the items (Carry case, lanyard, etc... AND 8 DURACELL batteries).

What does this page actually sell? P7.2 ? But the description here is different from that on the official website of Led Lenser!

Yes, something certainly doesn't make sense.  These P7.2 flashlights should have 320 lumens, not 175.  It might be a typo, or the flashlight might be a cheap chinese knock-off.  I would be careful.  I have several of these P7.2, but did NOT buy them from this seller.
