To clarify, you have to learn how to eat all over again. I am not a young person, so perhaps I am less likely to conform and less willing to learn!! Anyhow, when gluten makes you really sick, in a ton of pain, you learn! I found this particular brand has lots of products. The one that caught my eye first is the shortbread cookies. I have always been a big fan of shortbread cookies! I do not eat them a lot, but, when I want a cookie, that is generally what I would reach for. When I found them, I was so happy, but a bit hesitant, as gluten free can mean yuck. Well this company did not disappoint! I received the cookies and LOVE them. the texture is terrific and the taste,, awesome! When I saw these cookies, I had no hesitation in ordering. They are really, really good! The chocolate is dark and just enough to add a wonderful flavor to the cookie. I have ordered other products from this company, as well. I have been really pleased.
