Champion Gym Shorts

I purchased these short for my husband, he said they were adjustable and very comfortable. I’m glad I was able to find some lightweight shorts for him that looks good and good quality. The size fit him perfectly, and held up good after they was washed. They are worth the money!

I think the current fashion of so-called "shorts" that come down to the knee to be utterly ridiculous, both in terms of function and appearance. If you have thigh muscles, those idiotic "shorts" will cling and bind on the front of your legs when you've worked up a sweat. Shorts are worn to keep cool in the heat, and the longer the short, the less cool they are, even if those preoccupied with appearance think they are "cool." These are real gym shorts. They have a six inch inseam. For function and comfort, four inches or less would be better, but I can't find any except for women. They have no pockets—why would you want a pocket in shorts intended for exercise and sports? The waistband is sturdy elastic and may be adequate to hold them up without the drawstring, and still comfortable. They are durable —I've had three pairs in constant use for about five years, and they barely show it. Very comfortable for strenuous activity or lounging.

Good shorts. Nice material, build, and fit. I needed pockets and these don't have any. Otherwise very good value. No problems with return to seller.

Just what I wanted - lightweight cotton shorts without pockets. In addition to use as running or puttering-around-the-house shorts, I swim in these, so the lack of pockets and light weight are plusses for me. My long-time experience is that Champion shorts (and t-shirts) hold up very well over time, and these look similarly well-made.

I thought this was a good deal, until I received the shorts and realized that they didn't have pockets. Every pair of Champion shorts that I have bought in the past from different sources had pockets, and I didn't bother to check if these had pockets. I use these around the house, in the yard, and on walks, and pockets are important to me.

Not really even close to what the picture shows. Very thin material. These are similar to boxer underwear than nice cotton shorts. Tight fit and not alot of room in the crotch/inseam area. Waste of money.

I purposely purchased these for lounging around, not really any physical activity. The most would be maybe walking the dog or going to the corner store. The are true to the size described, quality is amazing and the colors are exactly as the picture. I've been wearing champion clothing since I was a kid and it's always top notch quality for low or moderate prices. They are a great company. I washed these several times now and the colors didn't fade--and i dont expect them to based off the material and quality. I did not dry in a dryer, so not sure how they would hold up. If you're looking for a classic gym short of the highest quality, for a low price that will stand the test of time, these are it. Hands down, no doubt about it.

the white band cuts into my skin causing a lot of pain. and no pockets.
