does this processor come with the stock intel cooler?

Yes it does only the intel k series cpu don't come with a heat sink like the i5 7500k you would need to buy a heat sink with it

Yes it does. I just put together a computer with the i5 7500 and ddr4 @ 2400ghz with no issues.

do I need thermal paste or what?

No thermal paste is not required. The cpu fan comes with thermal paste already on it. However you are free to replace that with your own thermal paste if you wanted to.

can i use this with gigabyte H110 micro atx motherboard

You'll need to flash the motherboard BIOS to one that recognizes the generation 7 CPUs before installing the 7500 CPU. Check the Gigabyte site to see if such a BIOS exists for the exact H110 that you have.
