Propet Mens Stability Walker

I read the reviews on this product and decided to go for a first time online shoe buy. For the record- I have very wide feet, a high instep, and some gnarly toes that make getting the right fit extra tough. Brick and mortar sellers have so few wide/deep walking shoes that just finding a pair to try on can become a time consuming and costly effort and I always wind up settling for a pair with less width than I really need, ouch! The supplier shipped them out the same day and they arrived on time with only a short delay with UPS in Illinois. The shoes were sized as ordered and in pristine condition. Most important though was the fit. Wow! The width was accurate on the money. Not like some shoes where skimping on material makes fit a dice roll. The toe box is wide and deep so there's plenty of wiggle room for not so perfectly shaped toes, and the depth was no problem at all for my high instep. The leather top seems durable as do the metal "D" rings that the laces go through. Laces were the round heavy kind which stand up well to tugging on. The tongue is padded which in some shoes creates a crowding problem but not on these. The insole was the only let down. It's pretty much a flat foam with no amount of support under the arch or heel. That was no big deal since I purchased an aftermarket set specially for wide shoes that had an arch support and gel under the heel. And low and behold the aftermarket supports and my foot still fit into the shoe with heavy socks added in. This is a first for me. Because of my high instep this was never possible before. One or the other would always have to go, foot or insole. Guess which one won out. There was minimal break in time with no chaffing or rubbing. They felt good from the start and the already soft body leather softened even a bit more after a couple of days. Treads on the soles seem to work fine on wet surfaces and stability is good. These shoes worked out better than I expected. The price was right. The quality appears to be there and the fit and extra room really made these a find.

Met my needs well. Second time wearing them and no foot fatigue. They fit as specified. 4E wide with extra toe width and arch support. Long term TBD. Shoes that fit out of the box, Priceless!

These are nice shoes but not "wide" as described. They look very comfortable but I don't think the soles will last very long. Unfortunately, I had to return them because despite buying the x wide size they still weren't wide enough.

My first pair of these have lasted 12 year's ,The tops still look great still wear them . The souls are showing wear and coming apart do to use . So I decided it was time to get a new pair, so ordered the same shoe Hope I get many year's out of these new one's I highly recommend these shoes great fit and feel great and light weight, I got the black one's I wear a size 15eee Love these shoe's wouldn't own any other brand Thank you for a great shoe

Got these 10 months ago and loved them. Size 14N is hard to find, and these fit great. Have used them only for a couple of gym visits a week and a few walks in the woods. Sadly, when I was lacing them up yesterday, one of the metal D-rings for the laces tore out of its stitching. I guess shoes don't have warranties, but it seems like this shouldn't happen with gently used ones. Have never had anything like it happen with other shoes.

Uncertain why they are called "stability walkers" or "medicare approved". To me they are simply the best tennis shoes I have ever had. I have gone through several of these shoes over the many years and love them. They are comfortable and have great traction. If I walk through wet grass or even a puddle of an inch or so deep, the outside of the shoe gets wet but neither my socks nor my feet get wet. Only issue I have with these shoes is that, after a couple of years, the soles start to peel off. I glue them back on but that lasts only a while. Then, it is time to get a new pair which I gladly do.

There is something within the construction of this sneaker that puts pressure on the side of my husband’s foot making it uncomfortable and dangerous since he is a diabetic and the feet are very susceptible to injury l it is clearly past the time line of return since he wanted to save them for a cruise we were going on. I wish I could contact the manufacturer and discuss an exchange or some remedies for this problem.

Great shoe for my narrow feet. A comfortable walking shoe.

Glattes feines Leder, saubere Verarbeitung (innen und außen), man fühlt sich willkommen und wohl im Schuh. Fersendämpfung deutlich spürbar, auch im Vorderfuß ist eine wabenförmige Dämpfung zu ertasten. Für Amateursportler bestens geeignet. Bequemes Wandern dürfte garantiert sein. Ich habe mich einfach nur gefreut.

Excelente par de tenis, piel 100 %, no como los filas que son sintéticos, la verdad muy buen calzado, cómodo, y con la ventaja que la plantilla es extraible

I was very happy to find the extra large width. I will probably order more since they are of good quality and comfortable. The shoes were very well and professionally packed and item arrived before the said date! Note: I Like the fact that the toe is not excessively wide and that I can use shoe extender / widener and adjust the toe to my size. I have been using this particular sneaker and brand for an year everyday. Despite excessive use the shoe has held up. There is no peeling of leather. I am surprised that the sole has not worn off to a side. Usually my shoes tend to do that but not this one!!!!! WITH REGARD to heal support lacking I was able to fix this problem by using Dr Scholls arch support insoles. Its 16 Canadian dollars extra but I always use them. Feels like i am walking on air :) Note 2: since the last product review I have purchased one more pair! I wish the price was a bit lower than I would buy same shoe in more colors........... I always have hard time to find shoes with wide width. It was a pain to go around looking for shoes/ sneakers of right size. Most shoe places had only medium size width. I am very grateful to Amazon for having such a wide selection of shoes and other items. Makes it easy for me to get what I want easily. I cant thank amazon enough!!!!!!!!!

muy bonitos,buen material...el único gran detalle es que con tantas tallas y diferentes que confunden...soy 7 mexicano,pedi 9 americano y no es ..está entre esos numeros...me quedan un poco mas grande.
