Phone answer service hopelessly redirecting. 100gb Sim didn't arrive after 4 e-mails.
I ordered 100gb sim through Uswitch (not Amazon) . Their service was hopeless.1 - The sim didn't arrive , now its 3 weeks past.2 - The phone service both as an existing customer and using other number, hopelessly re-directing.The final plausible human contact was a mystery foreign language service hold pattern.3 - I have sent 4 e-mails. each received a courteous and zero consequence reply from a succession of niceseaming people all with Indian Names. The 3-5 days allowed to send a sim suggests a non UK pointof despatch.4 - I tried the activation code i got pending a Sim arriving in one like above here (from ASDA). That didn't work either.5- You still have to go online and start somewhere like i did .Jjoin the never never, and hand over your card details.
