I think this has undergone some redesign based on feedback I've read so if you're looking at older reviews, keep that in mind. 1) the cord is 100" long. 2) The wires on mine seem well centered on the pad with about a 4" 'dead' area around it - which is fine to me. Warming the body's core will keep client's warm enough. 3) the cord is detachable (like a parachute clip on a book bad or luggage). 4) The cord attaches to a corner - and the in-between the top and bottom layer so nothing is exposed and it is out of the way of human anatomy. It is not machine washable, alas. But it gives you instructions for how to clean it with a wet towel and a dab of detergent. No one is washing your hotel bedding so as long as you keep your sheets clean - I wouldn't worry much about it. If you are concerned about oil or perspiration - invest in one of those mattress covers that are water tight and cut it to fit the table top. It seemed to take a while to warm up with first use, but to be fair, it was outside overnight and in the 15 degree Fahrenheit range.

Really did some searching for a quality table warmer and this gave my clients the best experience they’ve ever had! I travel for housecalls and I was trying to find something that would heat up instantly for these cold winter months. You start to feel heat about 5 minutes in and in no time it’s really hot. It’s warm where pressure is so while you’re laying down it’ll only hit the spots your body is at. Just feeling with your hand is not enough. Clients said it was the cherry on top next to my service. :) I wonder if they sell Queen or kind size.

I've had this for 1.5 months and clients have been "cold" asking me to turn up the setting. However after realizing that the ends and part of mid sections are not warming up at all- it's defective but now outside the window to return! Upsetting! Would not purchase again!

Really warming! Love the long setting for 1-8 hours of continuous heat. I no longer have to reset after every client. Cord is a bit short so if your table is not near to an outlet you will have to add an extension cord.

I purchased this and used it in my massage therapy practice. So it may run for no more than 4/5 hours a day. Now it had dead spots where it will not heat.

Barely three years old and screen on the control dongle already died. can not turn it on anymore. it was working well until it wasn't. I wish company offered replacement control units for sale separately from the pad.

A very neat fit, stays put, heats up fast, no complaints from clients. I like the fact that I can set the heat for a specific number of hours. If I know I have a 'hot' client coming in after a 'cold' one, I can turn it on early to pre-warm the table, but only set it for one hour. That way it will turn off a little before I finish the first massage and start to cool down for the next person. Only 2 drawbacks that I've found. Previously I used a heated mattress pad for a twin bed, which was plenty big enough to put the bolster underneath it. Too big really, as it slid around when the client turned over. This one fits so snug that the bolster has to go between the warmer and the bottom sheet - blocking a significant amount of heat to the client's legs. The other negative is the electrical connection is near the clients' shoulder / upper arm. I thought I could turn the pad around to put it by their ankle, but the wires embedded in the pad are not symmetrical top-to-bottom - there is a significant amount of the pad that has no wires at the end where the connector is, and the opposite end has wires almost to the end of the pad. Since you want heat at their feet, and not so much at their head, the connector must go by their arm; which in my office creates a problem trying to reach the electrical outlet without the cord being in the client's way when they get on and off the table. It would be nice if you had the option to turn the pad around the other way. Amazingly the clients seem unaware of the hard plastic 'box' by their arm. Still glad I bought it and would do so again even knowing the drawbacks.

Amazing warmth and comfort on massage table. Great adjustable heat settings. I also would use to warm my mother’s bed during winter months before she went to bed as she always felt the bed was so cold when she would first get into bed. I would place on top of sheets under blankets to warm before she would go to bed and remove before she got into bed. She said the sheets were so nice and warm then.

This table warmer stopped working after 2 months. Tried to return but they said they only have a 30 day return policy. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY
