Unplug the blinker behind the cluster gently lift up on the fairing and you can pull the wires out without cutting them. Install the block offs re use the nuts that come off the mirror. Reinstall the cluster and the screws holding the windshield on. Pretty straight forward about 5-10 minute install. No instructions though, to save anyone who’s buying these time, on the 2023 you will need a 5/32nd Allen to remove the cluster the mirror plugs are behind the cluster.
