The item was not sealed when delivered. It’s super oily and might be just any random liquid and not a make up remover.

Most effective and GENTLE make up remover. I used to use Lancome Bi-Facil Double-Action Eye Make Up Remover which is wildly expensive but was gentle and effective. This stuff works the same if not even better. I have very sensitive skin and I can get every bit of mascara, eyeliner, etc off with no residue and ZERO skin drying or irritation and does not burn your eyes. A little goes a long way. Defintiely worth it for price and quality.
