It is high in quality; slightly flexible, rubber-like, yet solid. It fits perfectly. If you hate changing flat tires as much as I do, this tire will change your life. I used a different brand of airless tire on an older bike, but this Catazer tire is far better engineered. It fits better, and installs easier.
