They now will take their feet out and stand in a surfing position. Super versatile. The ability to hold the rope with their hands versus leave on the board is nice. Awesome! Started to purchase a wake board for a lake vacation but decided on this since the kids and our group did not have experience. Could not be happier with the decision. All the kids ranging from 8-11 with zero experience learned quickly to stand up on this board. Being able to lock the rope in until you're comfortable made all the difference in the world. We all easily knee boarded and surfed on it. It built confidence and simple understanding with the kids making the switch to skis, surf boards, or wake boards later much easier for them. Buy the board!
