It explains everything you need to know to get started on the plan but a bit pricey cause a lot of the pages don't pertain to everyone's weight.

The book is just a useless book. It just repeats the recipes over in different sections.  What a waste of money. The only thing it is good for is some smoothie recipes. I was hoping for real meal plans. Not a piece of chichen,1 piece of Torrey bacon,1/2 cup liquid,4 mushrooms, 1/4 tsp of different spices and cooked in a cockpit for 4 to 6 hours. Can you imagine how you would have to scrape that off the bottom.  And this was 1 serving for a guy overy 250. So disappointing.  The shake are delicious but I  feel that they are trying to get more money . Repeating and useless
