Why did you pick this product vs others?: Well it's my second time purchasing, it helps with my menstrual cramps and it's really good for your reproductive system just add some blue vervain to it if your having really bad cramps and boom!!! Period cramps relief
Since using this consistently for a few weeks before and during my period I do feel a bit of a difference in the length of the period pain and the intensity of it. I think it is important to drink this weeks leading up to the period itself so your body has time to work with the benefits. Affordable, good brand, lasting me months. You only really need about a table spoon or less in a strainer or tea ball of some sort. Taste isn’t strong at all esp if you add honey.

I heard that red raspberry leaf was good as a tea when sick so I tried it and I think it helped! I got better in just a few day with this and some other home remedies. I trust Frontier Co-Op because of prior experience!

Best Red Raspberry Leaf Tea
Love this tea, I regularly drink raspberry leaf leading to pregnancy and birth and this is the best tasting one I’ve found in the past 10 years of pregnancies! You don’t need a lot and still get amazing flavor. I’m not sure if it truly helps with labor or pregnancy but my last 3 pregnancies (when I drank it religiously) have been amazing and great postpartum recovery!
